Our Story
At Continental Bakery, we have been handcrafting authentic Salvadoran, Mexican and Guatemalan pan dulce and pastries for more than 30 years. Founded by a first-generation Salvadoran passionate about preserving traditional Central American flavors, our doors first opened in Koreatown, Los Angeles. We have since expanded and now have four bakeries across Los Angeles County including North Hollywood, Pacoima, and a second Koreatown bakery. Aside from sweet breads and pastries, we also offer Salvadoran food and Mexican dishes such as pupusas, tamales, tortas, pollo asado and more. Continental Bakery proudly brings the rich flavors of Central American and Mexican cuisine to Los Angeles.
